Welcome to my Cookbook of the Week meal plans! Almost every week I choose one cookbook from my collection to plan our meals around. I usually choose 3-4 dinners and a bonus (breakfast, snack, dessert etc). This helps keep me inspired in the kitchen and makes cooking for my family fun! If I’m going to spend the time cooking (it’s a lot of time!), I want to make something I am excited about. I hope you follow along and these meal plans spark some excitement in your kitchen too!
